This fellowship was established to honor the artistic legacy of Prague Piano Festival founding member and faculty, pianist Joel Hastings. The fellowship is a non-competitive award that recognizes pianists whose playing captures the combination of musical passion, sensitivity, and mastery embodied in Joel Hastings' performances. The Hastings Fellow(s) will be invited to perform and teach at the Festival.
